Inceptus is the brand name used by a Consortium subsidiary. They specialize is the R&D of mind-altering technology designed to both read minds of attackers and infect their consciousness. Reading a targets minds allows for an increased chance of dodging their attack. Infecting their mind is more difficult to perform but can result in a number of debilitating effects including attacking a friendly combatant and prematurely activating the Marrow self-destruction sequence.
